computers Vs Common Sense

why robots can't understand the emotions like humans , is the fact that humans undergo "neural networks" from the time they are kid to the time they die, learning new situations and then using that knowledge on a newer situation. So if a robot is treated like human [feeding all the data to it], it is possible that it will behave like humans,atleast in emotions or inferencing a situation ;)
